Job Position: Senior ASP.Net Developer
Level: Senior level required

Job Description
InfinIT Consulting, Inc. has a need for a Lead .NET Developer who has extensive experience in ASP.Net development and is interested in taking on the reponsibility of being the primary .Net development resource for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with internal software and web development initiatives to help promote company growth and expansion
- Take part in and responsibility for development related tasks on RFP’s and quote requests from InfinIT’s current and potential customers
- Lead the development of new system capabilities
- Design and develop major components and manage an outsourced team of developers to deliver the .NET technology according to specifications and on schedule
- The Lead Developer works closely with the System Analysts and Project Managers to communicate progress, identify and resolve key issues, and carefully manage the scope of the project
Desired Skills
The list of desired experience includes:
- Minimum of three years direct, hands-on experience in the analysis, design and development of enterprise class solutions using .NET Framework technologies including ASP .NET, C#, Oracle and SQL Server
- Two plus years in a lead developer role with .NET technology
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, team-building, motivation, and multi-tasking capabilities
- Development experience with Visual Studio and VB .NET (.NET Framework). Includes Visual Studio 2005, .NET Framework 3.0
- Strong and proven capabilities in object oriented concepts
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Experience using version control software; Visual SourceSafe
- Creates and maintains technical documentation when appropriate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing company
- Familiarity of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and ETL is strongly desired
- Java experience as well as proficient in languages other than .NET strongly desired
- AJAX experience strongly desired
- MOSS 2007 and SharePoint development experience desired
Educational Requirements
- BS in computer science or related field or equivalent on the job experience
- Microsoft Certification Desired
Benefits
Full-time employment is based on thirty one (31) hours or more per week. Benefit coverage, if elected, becomes effective after the introductory period of ninety (90) days after the hire date.
