Forg Design, a 75-user company, hired one IT administrator to support upcoming merger and acquisition activity. The IT administrator was responsible for managing all internal IT projects, supporting daily desktop issues and providing strategic IT leadership and planning to support their new growth efforts.
Very quickly, the IT administrator became burdened with the tasks of resolving employee problems in order to keep them working efficiently and productively. Our engineering staff assisted the IT administrator by providing unlimited remote support for all his end users, allowing him more time to concentrate on deploying the long-outdated IT projects critical for supporting the business’ growth. InfinIT also automated a number of previously manual tasks including patch management, software deployment and server monitoring in order to allow the primary IT administrator to more efficiently support each of his branch locations.
