New screen sharing product makes it easier to instantly connect with your customers

With our increasingly connected world, it seems that there is nothing better to secure a new business relationship as instant gratification. It is now as easy to shoot off a credit agreement via email have it signed and faxed back as it is to pick up the phone. Now wouldn’t it be great to extend that ease of deal signing with support immediacy whether it be across town through traffic, in the next city or in another state.
Let us introduce you to a new beta product on the market. CrossLoop is a free secure screen sharing utility that allows you to bypass traditional firewalls and still create a safe connection to your new customers computer without having to influence their current network.
Resolution:
Follow the 7 step process below to complete the CrossLoop installation process and start connecting with your customers immediately.
- Visit www.crossloop.com and click the “FREE DOWNLOAD” button
- When the CrossLoop installation begins, click "Run" in each window that appears.
- Proceed through the standard installation, click “Next” in the install window.
- Remember to read your EULA and if you agree select “I accept the agreement” then click “Next”
- Decide whether you would like to Create a desktop icon and/or Create a Quick Launch icon and click “Next”
- Once your selections are made click on “Install”
- Once CrossLoop is installed and launched you will see the two tabs for the application Join and Host
- Have your customer click on the “HOST” tab and provide you the information from both the “Name” and “Access Code” fields.
- You will fill this information into the “JOIN” tab after which both you and your customer will click “Connect”
- Your customer may have to approve the connection on their side but you will soon be sharing your customer’s desktop and have keyboard and mouse access.
