InfinIT Support Process Overview: Ways To UpDate A Support Ticket
Respond To The New Ticket E-mail
When a ticket is created, you will receive an auto-generated e-mail with the ticket number. If you send your response to HelpDesk@InfinITConsulting.com and leave the subject line of the ticket as is, the ticket will be updated with your response.
Our technicians are automatically notified when you update your ticket.
You will also receive an e-mail notification each time that we update the ticket.
View And Update From The Portal
Log in to the customer portal, https://portal.infinitconsulting.com/support, and click on List Tickets from the left hand navigation panel.
This will display all of your tickets. You can open, enter comments and save to update the ticket.
Call Our Service Desk
During business hours you can call our main helpdesk line. If we cannot give you an update at that moment, we will take a message and give you the update as soon as it is possible.
