INFINIT Consulting is a Digital Transformation Engine looking for a tech who can help guide our customers through their transition to the Third Platform and beyond. We are looking for a tech who is eager to constantly blow our customers out of the water with amazing service. We operated in a hybrid MSP/Development environment and the ideal candidate will be looking to grow personally in both spaces as INFINIT does the same.

WE WANT:

YOU HAVE:

  • ConnectWise, LabTech, Microsoft knowledge.
  • Exceptional Desktop support experience a Must
  • Networking experience with Sonicwall firewalls, Cisco, Fortigate, Dell switches)
  • Install and support experience with Office 365, Azure, Hyper V, Intune, EM, Dynamics CRM a plus
  • Unified Communications and Sharepoint experience a plus (Skype for Business, Sharepoint Designing)
  • Datacenter experience a plus (SAN, Fabric Converged networks, VMM, System Center)
  • A strong desire to constantly improve.
  • Hunger to be amazing.
  • Experience supporting customers.
  • The ability to blow us away.

2. A LEVEL 3 ENGINEER

Title: Level 2-3 Support

Location: San Jose Headquarters (Operating also in Utah, NY and Washington)

3. A COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

Title: Communications Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: San Jose Headquarters or Remote

Position Type: Full Time

Position Reports To:  CEO

Date:  March 2, 2016

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as the first responder for all incoming emails. (Tagging, forwarding, scheduling, and working on requests for information or documentation as they come through. Responding to emails either as the CEO or yourself when appropriate.
  • Draft and compile template responses to common emails and forms received for new service providers reaching out to us, form submissions from website, and new opportunities received both direct and from partners.
  • Assist the CEO in managing his schedule for taking calls, meetings, etc., to establish consistency within each day/week. Work with those wanting to reach the CEO, and find appropriate times/days that work for everyone to connect.
  • Scheduling travel arrangements (flights, rental cars, etc.) for the CEO and the rest of the team as needed.
  • Ensuring all deals that the CEO is tied to are tracked appropriately with accurate information in ConnectWise.
  • Lead new opportunity discovery scheduling and corresponding lead/opportunity tracking in ConnectWise.
  • Working with accounting to ensure commission tracking for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are accurate and up to date.
  • Proactively updating sales force with new contact information for leads/partners/accounts, etc., and creating relevant tags.
  • Serving as the company secretary for weekly meetings, sending out agendas, and relevant summaries, content, and notifications to team members after each meeting.
  • Managing Social Media accounts and communication daily with people reaching out to the CEO through LinkedIn, while filtering relevant conversations that convert to leads to the CEO.
  • Connecting with relevant industry targets to further expand Jerod’s reach through LinkedIn.
  • Staging blog posts for the CEO, and making quick and easy fixes to the site as needed.
  • Pushing requests to the team from the CEO when needed through Microsoft Planner.
  • Assist Marketing with event scheduling, planning, ordering, travel, etc.
  • Creating a summary of relevant/recent events pulled from numerous news sources to send internally each week/month.
  • Drafting proposals for new opportunities / clients.
