We are committed to demonstrating a successful experience for our customers. The iDNA UC StarterPack provides a short-term pilot experience to prove the benefits and success of both our environment and the adoption of your organization:
1-Month Pilot Program
The pilot is based on the UC Appliance by StartReady, which will his hosted and managed by InfinIT. The appliance will setup and configured for your organization in just 2 days, including the deployment of all required client-software.
The pilot is valid for one month, with a maximum of 25 users enabled. During this period your users can manage all their communications—from a Smartphone and laptop to e-mail, voice mail, instant messages and video conferences.
Test the integration with our hosted VoIP service by creating a seamless integration with your existing telephony environment. By enabling the home and remote users to connect without a VPN, you will experience the immediate benefits of flexibility, security and ease of management.

A complete OCS experience
The iDNA UC StarterPack is implemented quickly and professionally. The StartReady UC Enterprise Appliance has all the software components integrated to deliver a complete Unified Communications experience. With the Appliance we enable both the connectivity for remote users as well as the integration with the telephony environment.
What happens after the pilot?
After one month the customer has the option to keep the Appliance and continue to full implementation or to return the complete StarterPack components. If returned, you have no further obligations. No long-term contracts, no hefty legal agreements -- simply an easy to manage, all-inclusive trial program.
If you decide to continue with a full implementation after your pilot program has ended, you will be seamlessly upgraded to use the full hosted platform company wide. 24/7 monitoring, maintenance and management is included in your flat monthly hosting price. This guarantees the continuity of your infrastructure without the requirement of investing in expensive IT personnel and ongoing training.
